The hippocampus is associated predominantly with memory, specifically long-term memory, forming new memories and plays an important role in spatial navigation. The 4 sections of CA that are labelled are CA1, CA2, CA3 and CA4. These numbers correlate to postcode regions that are found in Carlisle. The CA2 section is crossed out as it is where the Caldewgate building is but will no longer be in use and CA3 is circled as it is the relocation for the Art course.
