Can we really trust our own memories?
Our memories are subject to interference from photographs, films, experiences and from recall which in turn leads to fabrication through no fault of our own. Our memories are not our own, they’re not exact, and they’re not real so if we can’t trust our own mind then what can we trust?   
Remember to remember that what you remember may not be what you remember at all.
